Following the publication of recent sanction measures with respect to persons and / or entities that are involved in or supportive of human rights violations, the obstruction of democracy, or violent conflicts in the Congo pursuant to Statutory Instrument SI 2019/433, the „Democratic Republic of the Congo (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019“ (please see EventID 19878 in this context), a new consolidated version of the list containing the names of ALL parties currently subject to asset freezing measures in the UK was published by the UK government.
