Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/806 of 13 April 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

Following the receipt of new information on sanctioned individuals that are designated due to their involvement in the threatening of „the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“, the European Council has modified its corresponding sanction list. In new Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/806 which was now published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU, the Council modifies Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 by updating the information of 35 persons that are currently placed on the EU sanctions list. The affected individuals are those with the following entry numbers: 92, 720, 723, 728, 879, 1172, 1348, 1349 to 1359, 1361 to 1364, and 1366 to 1378. Due to the large number of individuals, we refrain from listing any additional information at this point.
