ESMA has published an updated version of its .XLSX-table providing an overview of all guidelines published on its website („guidelines tracker“), with information about the application and compliance date, corresponding consultation and response papers, the legal basis, and other relevant issues. The table also includes guidelines that are still in consultation phase and have not yet been concluded.
