Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/1188 concerning „restrictive measures in response to the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Decision modifies a previous decision in that regard, namely Council Decision 2014/386/CFSP – which sets out trade restrictions, related financing and insurance restrictions, and prohibitions concerning the provision of investment services – to extend the applicability of the restrictive measures by one year, up to June 23, 2024.
