New Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2507 with respect to sanction measures imposed on firms, entities, or individuals due to their engagement in Turkey’s unauthorized drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The new regulation modifies Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 on same issue to replace the 2019 regulation’s title to read as follows:
„Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean“.
