ACER’s latest REMIT Quarterly is out

ACER’s 34th edition of REMIT Quarterly covers the third quarter of 2023 and highlights key developments, including the program for the 7th ACER REMIT Forum scheduled for 5 December 2023, and insights into various topics, such as sanction decisions, fines for non-timely disclosure of inside information, statistics on registered reporting mechanisms, and an assessment of trading on organized market places.
The report emphasizes the importance of REMIT in safeguarding the interests of companies and consumers while ensuring trust in energy markets.
