The annual general meeting of the IRE will take place on Tuesday, 6 June 2023 at 4:00 pm on the online LUMI Global platform.
An invitation will be sent via post in due course, and the information necessary to join the meeting online will be provided via email to the email address listed on the IRE website’s homepage.
In the event that the quorum (the minimum number of members of a deliberative assembly) required by Article 70, paragraph (1), first subparagraph of the Law of 23 July 2016 on the audit profession is not reached for the general meeting convened at 4:00 pm, a second general meeting with the same agenda will also be convened at 4:15 pm, which may validly deliberate regardless of the number of members present or represented. The agenda will be shared in a few weeks.
