The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added three individuals to its ‚Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List‘ (SDN List) pursuant to existing sanction regulations (Executive Order 14033 and Executive Order 14059) for being involved in political destabilization and corruption in the Western Balkans (former Yugoslavian countries and Albania). The designated persons are the following:
