The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added three individuals to its ‚Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List‘ (SDN List) pursuant to existing sanction regulations (Executive Order 14033 and Executive Order 14059) for being involved in political destabilization and corruption in the Western Balkans (former Yugoslavian countries and Albania). The designated persons are the following:

MEHMEDAGIC, Osman (a.k.a. „OSMICA“), Mis Irbina No. 18, Sarajevo 71000, Bosnia and Herzegovina; DOB 01 Nov 1962; POB Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; nationality Bosnia and Herzegovina; Gender Male; National ID No. 0111962172659 (Bosnia and Herzegovina) (individual) [BALKANS-EO14033].
STANKOVIC, Dragan, Bosnia and Herzegovina; DOB 21 Jul 1984; POB Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina; nationality Bosnia and Herzegovina; citizen Bosnia and Herzegovina; Gender Male (individual) [BALKANS-EO14033].
