Berichtigung der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1214 über restriktive Maßnahmen angesichts der Handlungen Russlands, die die Lage in der Ukraine destabilisieren.

A corrigendum to the German version (and Italian, Latvian, and Portugese versions) of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1214 with respect to sanction measures imposed on Russia, Russian entities, and individuals in view of the continued aggression towards Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The corrigendum to the German version modifies Annex VI of the 2023 Regulation which itself replaced Annex XVIII in Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 setting out a list of luxury goods, the sale, supply, transfer, and export of which is prohibited. It is also prohibited to provide ancillary services in relation to such goods, for example, the provision of (trade) financing, technical assistance, or brokerage.
Specifically, the corrigendum modifies point (21) under Annex VI to read as follows – as quoted:
„21. Artikel und Ausrüstung für Sport, einschließlich Skifahren, Golf, Tauchen und Wassersport“
instead of
„21. Artikel und Ausrüstung für Freizeitsport, einschließlich Skifahren, Golf, Tauchen und Wassersport“.
