Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/908 of 3 May 2023 amending for the 335th time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida organisations

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/908 concerning sanction measures in connection with individuals, firms, or bodies associated with terrorist organizations Al-Qaida and / or ISIL has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. It amends the list of sanctioned parties set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 by adding two persons to the list and modifying the records of one other individual and one entity. The affected parties are the following:
