Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1216 of 23 June 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

In view of the persisting aggression of Russia towards Ukraine, the European Council has placed further individuals and entities on the EU sanctions list. In new Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1216 which was now published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU, the Council placed 71 individuals and 33 entities on the sanctions list set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 which specifies sanction measures towards persons, bodies, and entities threatening „the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine“. Due to the large number of sanctioned individuals and entities, we refrain from listing them individually.
