Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/250 implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/44 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya

Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2501 regarding EU sanction measures in connection with the situation in Libya has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The Implementing Regulation amends Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 – which includes a list of sanctioned natural and legal persons, entities, and bodies in view of their engagement in or support of human rights violations or their engagement in the threatening of peace and stability in Libya – by removing the records of two persons and one entity from the list and replacing the information of an already sanctioned individual. The following parties and records are affected:
#### Deletions from the sanctions list:
from the Part A list relating to natural persons
– Entry # 12 – MANSOUR, Abdallah
– Entry # 14 – QADHAF AL-DAM, Sayyid Mohammed
from the Part B list relating to legal persons, entities, and bodies
– Entry # 16 – Baroque Investments Limited
