Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2722 concerning restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abuses

Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2722 in connection with sanctions based on human rights violations worldwide has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. It amends the list of sanctioned natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I, Part A and B to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 by replacing the records of nine sanctioned individuals and three entities on that list. The affected parties are the following:
