New Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2765 with respect to sanction measures to fight global terrorism was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The Implementing Regulation modifies Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1505 setting out a list of persons, entities, and bodies subject to asset freezing measures due to their involvement in terrorist or terrorist supporting activities to include the following individuals:
Entry # 14 – DEIF Mohammed (a.k.a AL-DAYF Muhammad; AL-MASRI Mohammed), born 12.8.1965 in Khan Younis, Gaza Strip.
Entry # 15 – ISSA Marwan, born 1965, Gaza Strip.
