Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2793 relating to sanction measures in view of „Iran’s military support of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal of the EU. The Implementing Regulation modifies Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 on same issue to
1. replace the title of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 to read as follows: „Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 of 20 July 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of Iran’s military support to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine“;
2. introduce two subheadings in Annex III setting out a list of sanctioned person, entities, and bodies to include one for natural persons and another for entities and bodies; and
3. place additional persons and entities on that sanctions list. These are the following:
