Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2875 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

In view of the persisting aggression of Russia towards Ukraine, the European Council has placed further individuals and entities on the EU sanctions list. In new Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2875 which was now published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU, the Council placed another 61 persons and 86 entities on the sanctions list set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 which specifies sanction measures towards persons, bodies, and entities threatening „the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine“.
Due to the large number of sanctioned individuals and entities, we will refrain from listing them individually at this point. For details on their names, dates of birth (if applicable), places of residency, and other information, please refer to the enclosed document or follow the above noted link.
