Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/430 of 25 February 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 concerning restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abuses

Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/430 in connection with sanctions based on human rights violations has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. It amends the list of sanctioned natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I, Part A and B to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 by adding eight persons and seven entities to that list which are now subject to asset freezing measures. The affected parties are the following:
