Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/449 pertaining to targeted sanction measures towards (legal) persons and bodies „in view of the situation in Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Regulation replaces Annex I, Section B of Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 containing a list of sanctioned parties to update their „Rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection“ to reflect legal proceeding developments in this context during the past year. The affected persons whose records have been adjusted are the following:
