New Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/755 as regards sanction measures directed against persons, entities, or bodies engaged in „actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Implementing Regulation modifies the sanction list set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 by adding two more entities to the list for their engagement in such action. The affected parties are the following:
