Pursuant to Article 9 of SSR, all holders of certain net short positions must disclose their holdings to their NCAs. These NCAs then make the information available to the public. Concurrently, they must inform ESMA of the websites where such holdings are disclosed. ESMA has now updated this list of links to national websites where net short positions in shares are disclosed according to the notifications received by the NCAs.
The new version reveals updates to the links of Bulgaria, France, Hungary, the Netherlands and Sweden.
