ESMA has published an updated version of the compliance table for its Guidelines on the application of C6 and C7 of Annex 1 of MiFID II. „C6“ and „C7“ thereby simply refer to certain types of commodity derivatives to which requirements stipulated under MiFID II apply.
The compliance table clarifies which competent authorities of which member states comply or intend to comply with the ESMA guidelines. With the declaration of compliance from Iceland and Hungary, all NCAs have now declared compliance.
