Financial Sanctions, Global Anti-Corruption

The UK government has published a new Financial Sanctions Notice regarding sanctions measures with respect to persons that are engaged in or supportive of (global) corruption pursuant to Statutory Instrument SI 2021/488, the „Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions Regulations 2021“. Specifically, the government informs that it has updated its sanction list by modifying the entry of one person on the list who remains subject to asset freezing measures.
