The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on January 13, 2023. These include the following:
(1) The decision to disapprove the application of Rafał Chraboł, running a business under the name BIZPARK Rafał Chraboł, for a listing in the „register of payment service providers and electronic money issuers“ due to the fact that the application did not meet all the requirements stipulated in the Payment Services Act.
(2) The decision to ban the following three entities from conducting businesses relating to payment services – as quoted:
– Anh Toan Nguyen, operating under the business name GIT TRANSFER ANH TOAN NGUYEN;
– Top Kantor sp. z o. o. based in Poznań;
– Remitex Solutions sp. z o. o. based in Gdańsk which offered payment services outside Poland without being authorized to do so.
