Komunikat ws. decyzji podjętych przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego w dniu 6 kwietnia 2023 r.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on April 6, 2023. These include the following:
(1) The decision to withdraw the permission of GG TAXO sp. z o. o. to conduct activities as a payment service provider due to various violations of the Payment Services Act, including the failure to report relevant transaction information to the regulator, the failure to notify the regulator of a change in particulars, and the failure to conclude a follow-up third party liability insurance agreement, before the current agreement expired.
(2) The decision to withraw the registration of INFAKT sp. z oo as a payment service provider based on the company’s own withdrawal request.
(3) The decision to appoint members to the management Board of the following companies:
– Santander Allianz Insurance Company SA in Warsaw;
– Santander Allianz Life Insurance Company SA in Warsaw;
– SIGNAL IDUNA Polska Insurance Company SA in Warsaw;
– SIGNAL IDUNA Polska Life Insurance Company SA in Warsaw; and
– PZU SA.
