A new consolidated version of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1298 specifying asset freezing measures towards seven persons engaged in or supportive of serious human rights violations in Iran was published in the Official Journal ( OJ) of the EU.
It includes the modifications made by a corrigendum published on June 29, 2023 which corrected the title of the Implementing Regulation to specify the previously omitted Regulation number. Please see EventID 21750 in this context for more information.
