A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures „in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/913 which replaced the records of an already sanctioned individual contained in the sanctions list set out in Annex I of the 2005 Regulation.
