A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures „in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1565 which modified the list of reasons for which persons, entities, and bodies may be sanctioned as set out in Article 2b of the 2005 Regulation. Please see EventID 22291 in this context for more information.
