A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 with respect to sanction measures directed against persons and entities associated with ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. This updated consolidated version includes the changes made by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/329 which amended Annex I of the 2002 regulation by modifying the records of a total of 29 individuals and entities all of which continue(d) to be subject to asset freezing measures.
