A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 1352/2014 as regards sanction measures „in view of the situation in Yemen“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated text thereby includes the modifications made by Council Regulation (EU) 2023/331 which amended Article 2 and entirely substituted Articles 3a and 10 of the regulation to permit the release of frozen funds to and „the provision of technical assistance, financing or financial assistance“ by specified entities for humanitarian purposes and make other consequential amendments.
