A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against (legal) persons and bodies involved in human rights violations or the misappropriation of state funds in Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version includes modifications in its first Annex (Annex I) made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/449 which replaced the „Rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection“ of the listed, sanctioned persons in Section B to reflect legal proceeding developments during the past year.
