A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 as regards sanction measures „in view of the situation in the Central African Republic“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated text thereby includes the modifications made by Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2506 which removed the notification requirements in relation to the permissible financing and / or brokerage of certain weapons, vehicles, and ammunition under Article 3, point (e).
