A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 regarding sanction measures directed against (legal) persons, bodies, and entities „undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The document contains the most recent amendments to the Council Regulation made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/571 which modified Annex I of the 2014 Council Regulation setting out the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures to
(1) update the information on 171 individuals and 65 entities and
(2) remove the entries of three deceased persons and two persons that were listed twice.
