A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 356/2010 as regards sanction measures against (legal) persons, bodies, and organizations in light of the situation in Somalia was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The document contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1147 which modified Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 356/2010 containing a list of sanctioned persons, entities, and bodies to add one individual to that list.
