A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning sanctions measures with respect to the Syrian regime and its supporters in view of the „brutal repression and violation of human rights“ has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1498 which modified Annex II of Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 containing a list of names of sanctioned individuals and entities to add one natural person to that list.
