The Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release as regards the temporary suspension of trading in shares of Czerwona Torebka SA. Specifically, on May 9, 2023, the regulator sent a request to the Warsaw Stock Exchange to suspend trading in shares due to a failure of the company to publish a COMPLETE annual report 2022 on time.
Trading was resumed on May 10, 2023. The suspension follows prior suspensions in 2022 for similar rule violations. Please also see EventID #16632 and EventID #15525 in this context for more information.
