In view of the recent launch of a consultation on a draft Delegated Regulation adopting a first set of European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) (please see EventID 21472 in this context for more information), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, KNF, has published a press statement. In it, the Authority urges Polish firms to become familiar with the draft regulation and the enclosed new reporting obligations and to review the accompanying presentation of the Directorate‑General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union (FISMA).
The KNF also encourages Polish market participants to comment on the proposed new standards.
