The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2023 (Statutory Instrument SI 2023/1003) was recently published on legislation.gov.uk, the official journal of the UK. The order amends schedule 2 of the 2000 Terrorism Act which sets out organizations that are
– considered terrorist organizations,
– related to such, or
– considered to be involved in any type of activity with the goal of supporting terrorism.
Specifically, one organization was added to the list, namely the „Wagner Group“.
