Treasury Calls for Large Position Reports

The U.S. Department of the Treasury (USDT) has published a press release to request the reporting of „large“ positions on a select U.S. Treasury security. Specifically, the USDT requires positions equal to or exceeding $10.2 billion Par Value as of Friday, April 28, 2023, and Friday, May 5, 2023, of the Treasury Bill of June 8, 2023, CUSIP Number 912796ZP7, to be reported to the USDT by no later than 12 p.m. Eastern Time, July 17, 2023.
„A copy of a sample Large Position Report (which appears in Appendix B of the rules at 17 CFR Part 420), Supplementary Formula Guidance, and a series of training modules are available at https://www.treasurydirect.gov/laws-and-regulations/gsa/lpr-reports/“.
