Zawieszenie obrotu akcjami BluGo SA, Braster SA, Czerwona Torebka SA, Eko Export SA, Fast Finance SA, PGF Polska Grupa Fotowoltaiczna SA, Prima Moda SA, Trans Polonia SA

On May 5, 2023, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) issued a press statement to inform of its request for a suspension of share trading that was sent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The suspension concerns the following entities:
– BluGo S.A
– Braster S.A
– Red Purse SA
– Eko Export S.A
– Fast Finance S.A
– PGF Polska Grupa Fotowoltaiczna SA
– Prima Moda S.A
– Trans Polonia S.A
According to the KNF, the entities each failed to deliver (complete) financial reports on time as regards the reporting year 2022 which is a gross violation of § 79 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information, as financial reports are the key source of information for investors to make informed investment decisions.
