Die BaFin gibt auf ihrer Internetseite unter dem Thema „Investmentfonds“ bekannt, dass fondsbezogene Bescheinigungen (z.B. UCITS-Bescheinigungen) nur noch in digitaler Form ausgegeben werden. “ Sie sind für die Vorlage bei inländischen oder ausländischen Behörden, Unternehmen oder sonstigen Einrichtungen gedacht. Derartige Bescheinigungen werden von der BaFin „nicht mehr unterschrieben, gesiegelt oder gestempelt“.
