MoU between ESMA and the FCA concerning EU Critical Benchmarks

The European Securities and Markets Authority, ESMA, has published a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concluded between itself and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as regards EU Critical Benchmarks.
