Following the publication of recent asset freezing measures with respect to
1. persons, entities, and bodies involved in or supportive of serious human rights violations and / or the suppression of society and political opponents in Myanmar pursuant to Statutory Instrument SI 2021/496, the „Myanmar (Sanctions) Regulations 2021“ (please see EventID 19360 in this context) and
2. persons and entities associated with terrorist organizations ISIL and/or AI-Qaida pursuant to Statutory Instrument SI 2019/466 – the „ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019“ (please see EventID 19356 in this context),
a new consolidated version of the list containing the names of ALL parties currently subject to asset freezing measures in the UK was published by the UK government.
