A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 relating to sanction measures imposed due to the situation in Tunisia, or specifically, in connection with the misappropriation of Tunisian state funds, was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version includes the most recent amendments made to the 2011 Regulation by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/156 which modified the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I, Section A and B of Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 to update the records of nine individuals on that sanction list.
