The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on March 10, 2023. These include the following, among others:
(1) The decision to withdraw the permission of several entities to conduct activities in the field of payment services due to various violations, including the reporting of relevant transaction information. The affected parties are the following:
– Forex Kantor sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań;
– GT Solar sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow;
– Net Kantor sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kicin;
– Walutomax sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw; and
– Walutonet sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
(2) The decision to withdraw the authorization of ONEY POLSKA SA (formerly Accord Finance SA) to provide payment services upon the company’s own request.
(3) The decision to permit Getin Noble Bank SA to exercise its voting rights in holdings of Noble Funds TFI SA which exceed 50% of all voting rights and 50% of the share capital of Noble Funds TFI.
