The Royal Decree of 25 April 2023 was published in the Moniteur Belge, modifying the list of individuals and entities referred to in Articles 3 and 5 of the Royal Decree of 28 December 2006 on specific restrictive measures against certain persons and entities in the context of the fight against financing terrorism.
The present decree includes an Annex containing the list of individuals to be added to the list of persons and entities referred to in the aforementioned Articles, established by the Royal Decree of 30 May 2016 and last modified by the Royal Decree of 3 April 2023.
The Annex contains the names of two individuals, namely CHERCHALI HOUCINE (NRN 85.11.21-399.57) and YOUCEF BASMALA (NRN 04.07.01-410.13), to be added to the list of individuals and entities referred to in Articles 3 and 5 of the Royal Decree of 28 December 2006.
The present decree came into force on the day of its publication in the Moniteur belge, hence on 11 May 2023.
