Komunikat ws. decyzji podjętych przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego w dniu 19 maja 2023 r.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on May 19, 2023. These include the following, among others:
(1) The decision to withdraw the authorization of NNLife Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA based in Warsaw in combination with the takeover of the NNLife Voluntary Pension Fund and NNLife Open Pension Fund by Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA.
(2) The decision to grant Dom Maklerski INC SA authorization as a brokerage firm conducting the following activities:
– executing orders for the purchase and sale of financial instruments on behalf of clients;
– providing financial advisory services to firms as regards their capital structure and issues relating to such; and
– providing financial advisory and analysis services as regards investments in financial instruments.
Other decisions of rather lesser importance concerned the approval of two presidents of the Management Board of two registered financial institutions and a member of the Management Board of another.
