A new consolidated version of the Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 with respect to sanction measures against individuals and entities engaged in or supportive of Iran’s nuclear program or supportive of the Iranian government was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2196 which modifies Annex VIII and Annex IX of Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 by deleting all records of sanctioned entities and individuals in Annex VIII and adding them to Annex IX to ensure the continued application of asset freezing measures towards such entities and persons.
