Balkans-related Designations and Designation Removal; Non-Proliferation Designations

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added two individuals and seven entities to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) pursuant to existing sanction regulations (31 CFR Part 544, 31 CFR Part 588, and Executive Order 14033) in connection with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and ongoing corruption in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, OFAC removed two records from its sanction list altogether. The following persons and entities are affected:
