A corrigendum to the German version of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/429 stipulating sanction measures in view of actions that undermine or threaten the „territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Regulation added numerous persons and entities to the list of sanctioned parties set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.
The corrigendum now modifies an error pertaining to the name of one sanctioned person (record #1427). Specifically, in the name column
Instead of:
„Vladimir Viktorovich PAVLOV (Владимир Викторович СЕЛИН)“
It shall read:
„Vladimir Viktorovich SELIN (Владимир Викторович СЕЛИН)“.
