Berichtigung der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1214 des Rates vom 23. Juni 2023 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 833/2014 des Rates über restriktive Maßnahmen angesichts der Handlungen Russlands, die die Lage in der Ukraine destabilisieren (Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union L 159 I vom 23. Juni 2023)

A corrigendum to the German version (and Polish and Danish versions) of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1214 with respect to sanction measures imposed on Russia, Russian entities, and individuals in view of the continued aggression towards Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The corrigendum modifies a wrongly titled Annex which itself establishes a new Annex XXXIII containing a list of dual use goods prohibited to be sold, transferred, or supplied to specified third countries for the use in Russia as follows:
Instead of
„ANHANG XXXX“,
It must read
„ANHANG X“.
